" Return to favor of the luxury market? "
Alexander Kraft, CEO of Sotheby's International Realty France-Monaco, was the guest of BFM Bourse show presented by Guillaume Sommerer in order to establish a review of luxury real estate market for the year 2021.

Despite the complicated sanitary context, 2021 is turning out to be auspicious for the real estate luxury market. Sotheby's International Realty thus far achieved nearly 1 billion euros in sales volumes, wich corresponds to an increase of 30% compared to last year. "A real fever for luxury real estate" explains Alexander Kraft.
