"When a Captain's House becomes a Family House"

Authenticity and rare charm.
30 years ago, the owners entrusted the restructuring of the "farmhouse" to the architect Xavier Bohl, a pupil of François Spoerry and winner of several international awards. They ask it, respecting the old buildings and the proximity to the ocean, to make it a "memory factory".
The house today tells a bit about the artists who lived there. Everything happened slowly, and the walls echo with sea returns, family celebrations and children's laughter.
Certainly there are imperfections and the mark of the wrinkles of time, but slight renovation work on the ground floor will easily restore this house to its youthful freshness.
An interior space easy to tame.
On the ground floor, to the left of the entrance, a very large living room with fireplace communicates with a fully glazed veranda, sea view, with jacuzzi. The whole giving on the terrace and the garden.
