The life of this house of approximately 150M2 is entirely turned towards the ocean. The terrace with jacuzzi, directly accessible from the living rooms, can be fully opened or closed to enjoy its maritime environment in all seasons.
Eight people can stay there thanks to its 4 double bedrooms; a master suite on the ground floor - sleeping area, shower room and direct access to the sea view terrace - and three bedrooms upstairs; one with adjoining shower room, the other two sharing a third bathroom.
The house provides complete equipment for optimal comfort; Fitted and equipped kitchen (microwave, hob, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker etc.) - 5 televisions, a sound bar. A wood stove for warm evenings by the fire, wine cellar, central and electric closing of the shutters.
An outdoor shower for returning from the beaches before a moment of relaxation in the Jacuzzi facing the sea.
Two towels per person are provided as well as a bathrobe (for each adult); the beds are made upon arrival of the tenant.
